1992 SUPER BASS (ADAM JONES/1959MODS) - Kemper Profiles
This is a larger pack exploring more tones from the modded 1992 Super Bass (from 1976). Its really much closer to a 1959 Super Lead Circuit with a split cathode and TONS of gain. This is without doubt the loudest 100W amp I've ever heard, the gain kicks in pretty rapidly with the bright cap, but thats the tone. EQ isn't super responsive but using your guitar volume and the different channels/cross talk you can get a few different sounds.
19 Direct Profiles included, ranging from about as clean as I can get the amp to jumped channel fat gain tones.
Included in each profile is a .kpir in the cabinet slot that will match these profiles nicely, but feel free to experiment with your own IR's too! The included cabinet is from a 2005 Mesa OS Cab with V30 speakers, mic'd with a Shure sm57 into a Chandler TG-2.
I would recommend adjusting the dist sens control a little based on your guitar and pickups. Usually for me, around +3 seems to match the response of the amp closest but this will vary for every situation. This amp LOVES your volume and tone control so use them to your advantage with these. Adjusting the range of these controls can get quite a wide variety of tones.
